After 25 years leading enterprise technology programs — from Deloitte advisory engagements to enterprise IT leadership at FedEx, including a $395M capital program architected for 50M+ user scale — and having built and run businesses myself, I bring something most IT advisors cannot: I understand the financial statements, the accounting irregularities, and the operational gaps just as clearly as I read the technology layer.

I witnessed firsthand what happens when a major acquisition is underestimated. The technology fragmentation is visible on day one to anyone who knows where to look. The process misalignment takes years and hundreds of millions of dollars to unwind. That experience is exactly why I built the framework I use today.
